From New York City, take the Long Island Expressway East (LIE, I-495) from the Queens Midtown Tunnel, the Throgs Neck Bridge or Whitestone Bridge to exit 62 North (Nicolls Road). Continue driving north for approximately 12 miles. Turn Right into the Main Entrance for the SUNY Stony Brook University campus (2nd set of traffic lights); this will put you onto East Loop Road/Health Sciences Drive. Follow the road around the bend - the Long Island High Technology Incubator is the first building on the right hand side of the road. Park your vehicle in the visitor parking spaces adjacent to the building and ask the receptionist for a visitor parking pass to place on the windshield of your vehicle. Getting here by Train
Take the Long Island Railroad's Port Jefferson line from Penn Station in Manhattan to Stony Brook. The LIRR station is located at the north end of SUNY Stony Brook’s campus; taxi service is generally available at the train station.
Getting here by Ferry
Located close to the Long Island Sound, XSB, Inc. is conveniently reached by ferry from Bridgeport, Connecticut to Port Jefferson, Long Island. Once you have arrived in Port Jeff Harbor, proceed west on Route 25A to Nicolls Road (Rt 97) and turn left onto Nicolls Road. Proceed south for approximately 1 mile to East Loop Road/Health Sciences Drive. Turn left on East loop Road/Health Sciences Drive and follow the road around the bend. From Islip-MacArthur Airport
Exit the airport and turn left onto Veterans Memorial Highway (Route 454 West). Merge onto Sunrise Highway (Route 27 East) and take the second exit onto Nicolls Road North (Route 97). Exit the airport at Central Terminal Drive and proceed onto 94th Street. Bear right onto the Grand Central Parkway. Take the Grand Central approximately 3 miles to exit 10 for the Long Island Expressway (LIE, I-495) heading east. Take the LIE to exit 62 North (Nicolls Road, Route 97). Continue driving north for approximately 12 miles. From John F. Kennedy Memorial Airport
Exit the airport and bear right on to I-678 N (Van Wyck Expressway). Continue on the Van Wyck for approximately 2 miles to the Belt Parkway heading east. Proceed on the Belt Parkway for approximately 5 miles, stay to your left and merge onto the Southern State Parkway. Take the Southern State Parkway to exit 41A (bearing left) onto the Sagtikos Pkwy and proceed to exit 3 for the Long Island Expressway (LIE, I-495) eastbound. Take the LIE to exit 62 North (Nicolls Road, Route 97). Continue driving north for approximately 12 miles.
